DESCRIPTION

The WineLab Touch is a fast, simple and reliable analysis system for determining multiple parameters in wine and must. Fast results enables the winemaking process to be monitored in real time, allowing for appropriate oenological strategies for production.

 

 

THE METHOD

1. Add test sample to the reagent vial.

2. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

3. The results are automatically calculated, displayed and printed.

CDR WineLab systems

WineLab-Touch CDR WineLab Touch: designed for analyses of wine and must is able to analyze 16 samples at the same time, endowed with 5,7” LCD touchscreen, printer, incubation cells, ethernet (LAN) connection, USB for PC connection, USB for the transfer of the analyses’ data.

 

 

WineLab-Junior

 

CDR WineLab Junior: designed for  analyses of wine and must,  is able to analyze 3 samples at the same time, endowed with 4,3”  LCD touchscreen, USB for PC connection, bluetooth 2.1

 

 

 

Multitasking Mode

2063caf0b6502c42336c053a539ad3caThe Multitasking Mode, only present on WineLab Touch, allows to manage the determinations of several analytical parameters at the same time.

The Multitasking Mode allows the system to process one analysis and to start another one at the same time, with the possibility to go back to the first one at any moment.

The Multitasking Mode is also useful to determine rapidly the complete analytical profile of a wine sample.

For example, in 10 minutes you can determine in one only analytical session:
Acetic Acid, Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Fermentable Sugars, pH, Total Acidity, Total sulfur dioxide, Free sulfur dioxide, Alcohol. The analyses to execute can be combined freely in the order that you prefer.


 

CDR WineLab systems make easy and support the work of winemakers and wineries:

  • Simple to use: in the winery, during the different winemaking phases, without the help of skilled staff; moreover the “step by step” guide assists the operator in case of doubts about the analysis method procedure;

Simple Methods

Analytical methods of CDR WineLab systems are simpler as compared to the official ones. Tests can be performed in a few simple steps:

  • Select the parameter to measure from the menu on the touchscreen: the systems automatically select the correct wavelength
  • Use the supplied pipette to add the correct volume of sample to the reagent contained in the cuvette.
  • Follow the displayed instructions.
  • The result is automatically calculated in a few minutes, displayed and printed by means of the on-board printer.

There is no need to clean containers or other accessories or the traditional “glassware”. It is also possible to run a single test without performing the start-up procedure.
The systems eliminate the need of having a dedicated laboratory.

The only requirements to run a test are a resting surface and an electrical socket. Tests can be performed in any location without any risk of soiling.

No Technical Support and Maintenance Expenses

Systems are supplied pre-calibrated and do not require complex and regular calibration procedures. The systems have been calibrated on the basis of comparative tests, carried out using official methods on hundreds of samples.

The systems do not require costly spare parts: the analysers use LED luminous sources and do not therefore require the maintenance that is usually needed for photometers with tungsten luminous filaments.

Sensitive and Accurate Measuring Systems
